TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

This Agreement and your registered membership may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. WhyNotLocal.com / Taho Communications reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the WhyNotLocal.com / Taho Communications site, without notice, upon your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION SUPPLIED BY MEMBER

WhyNotLocal.com / Taho Communications will keep confidential all information supplied by you, and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes for which such information was collected, or as required by law.

PROPRIETARY INTERESTS AND RIGHTS
