are many different so-called search engines available on the
Web today. They all work slightly different and will return
different results. Sometimes the results are similar and sometimes
they are not even close. It is not our goal to evaluate or rank
these search sites but rather to give you, our visitors, a variety
of choices.
The
sites listed here are general search sites. We have not included
specific ones that deal with telephone numbers, job listings,
etc. If you would like to see us include these please e-mail
us.
A
little WhyNot hint; If you're going to be searching a lot
of these sites for the same thing, such as doing research on
your family name, after entering the term in the first search
site, right click and do a "copy." Then when going
to other sites you can simply do a right click and "paste"
the term. It can save a lot of keyboarding.
