The local folks at Taho Communications decided to take an approach on the Internet to calm down, take a deep breath and smell the Cyber Roses for a change.

The format of WhyNotLocal.com was conceived and developed to preserve and maintain a sense of local community spirit even in the cold dark wires of the Internet.
